Life's a Journey

The office is pretty quiet now. Almost everyone has gone for the Hari Raya break. Am listening to evergreen Hari Raya songs on my notebook. My business starts picking up, Alhamdulillah. May it grow bigger and bigger. I want to be more focussed next year. Minding each day like I mind money. Am really targetting to catch some BIG FISH in the sea. After all I don't have that many days left on my countdown -- 279 more days. Puasa has been good, InsyaAllah. It's just that my "best friend" came twice this month. Hmmm...actually I wanted to do my claims but malasnya...so I went blogging instead. Also read my sis' blog -- http://dafikaz.blogspot.com/ . No updates since last February!!! Hey sis, wake up!! Tried looking for oshkoshbgosh -- but ended up at somebody else's blog. Achik, where's yours? Can't find it. Syabil will be 9 months soon. How time flies. Also am checking out some kindies around my housing area. I think I want to send Fatin to kindy next year...

Theme of the year is light blue. Since hubby's one still new from Angah's wedding, I only bought for myself baju kurung. The first ever BLUE baju kurung. Memang best shopping for raya at Komple...

I was trying to get responses from old friends back in MCC to gather for buka puasa. As I was writing an email to them this morning, I was thinking to myself. My email should not sound like I am the only person in the group who actually cares about maintaining our friendship. The more I try not to sound like that, the more I think I MIGHT BE the only one who cares about our friendship! Wow !! I still remember us back in MCC, the students used to name us 10 Budak Hitam. We used to hang out together at Kompleks Teruntum and Kuantan Plaza. I think we were one of the girls clique whom never really care what others think of us. We never bothered to put on make-ups to classes (the most will be lipsticks), we wore bathroom slippers for outing and we listened to alternative musics. We were really something back then. Tomorrow Malaysian Muslim will start fasting for year 1426 Hijr. Am at work, trying to sort some of my stuffs while chatting with Malynn, who's now far way in Thailand (she specifically wants me to mention her name on my blog!!). Was at the client's site the whole day yesterday for a presentation on my current assigned project. Got tonnes of emails from the mailing groups to sort. And also some claims to fill and submit. And a lunch date with a UT prospect. Busy Bee. Syabil is not very well. We had to take him to see Dr. Serena yesterday. At first we drove all the way to TTDI to go see Dr. Altaf but his clinic was closed. So we went to see Dr. Serena instead. She got her own clinic now. She recongnized us instantly. Cool.
